Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Associate at Enrichers Investment Group in Lahore. You will be responsible for HR management, maintaining HRIS, benefits administration, and training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and skills.
- Experience in HR management and HRIS.
- Hiring and Recruiting skills.
- Interviewing and Communication skills.
- Training skills
- Proficient in benefits administration
- Must know about social platforms for Recruitment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
