Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective technical support to non-profit clients, resolving inquiries related to our lending platform and services.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, guiding users through solutions and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Document support interactions, solutions, and common issues to build a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to communicate user feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on new features and best practices to maximize platform utilization.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the lending, finance, or non-profit technology sector.
- Strong understanding of lending processes and financial services.
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting software applications and providing remote technical assistance.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and patiently.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fully remote team environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and available to work East Coast time zone hours starting at 8 AM EST.
- High degree of flexibility, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
