Job Overview
Wildling Shoes is on a mission to reconnect people with natural movement through thoughtfully designed, minimal footwear. Since 2015, we’ve been crafting shoes that prioritize natural materials, fair production, and the innate freedom of barefoot walking. We are seeking a dedicated Product Owner CRM to join our remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing our CRM strategy and systems. You will lead the evolution of our customer relationship management initiatives, ensuring they align with our brand values and enhance the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate is an experienced CRM professional with a passion for customer engagement, agile methodologies, and sustainable practices, ready to drive impactful change in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Wildling Shoes’ CRM platform and customer journey initiatives.
- Manage the CRM product backlog, prioritizing features and user stories to deliver maximum value to both customers and the business.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, IT, and customer service teams to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and facilitate seamless integration of CRM solutions.
- Analyze CRM performance data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Oversee the implementation of new CRM functionalities, ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and user adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all CRM-related inquiries and projects, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Product Owner, CRM Manager, or similar role, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Proven expertise in defining and executing CRM strategies and managing CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a customer-centric mindset.
- Fluency in German and English is highly desirable, reflecting our company’s origins and international reach.
