Job Description:
We are looking for a Warehouse Data Entry Officer with 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or store environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of warehouse operations and will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, entering data into our systems, and supporting the overall efficiency of our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate data related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
- Assist in managing stock levels and inventory records.
- Monitor and report discrepancies in inventory.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform regular audits of inventory and report findings.
- Provide support to warehouse management as needed.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a warehouse or store.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
